This domain spent its first decade as a service that helped teachers send documents home — homework calendars, parent letters, permission notes. The paperwork hasn’t gone away; only the subject has changed. So here are the documents this particular moment demands, written to be stolen.

The parent AI-policy letter explains to families, in language that doesn’t need a glossary, what your class expects around AI. The classroom AI policy is the version for students: what’s allowed, what isn’t, and what happens either way.

Two rules for using them. First, change the wording — a policy that sounds like it came off the internet gets read like it came off the internet. Second, make it specific to your subject: what counts as help in a maths class and what counts in an essay class are genuinely different, and a policy that pretends otherwise will be ignored by everyone, quite reasonably.
